“Can I Tell you something?” – UNICEF’s campaign for children in Jemen

UNICEF in Iceland held a campaign for the children in Jemen. The campaign was build

on video content that was presented at an opening at the Reykjavik Art Museum. Interviews with children in Jemen were translated to Icelandic and than recorded again with Icelandic children saying the same sentences in Icelandic. The video had a deep impact on the Icelandic public. With this method the war in Jemen was brought closer to the audience and closer to home.

Here is the 1 minute version that was on social media and television.

Here is the 2 minute version that was shown in the Reykjavik Art Museum.

Here is the public reaction to the 2 minute video in Reykjavik Art Museum.

Sarina & Drew – Wedding

Sarina and Dew came from the states to get married in Iceland with friends and family present. The ceremony was at Hjálparfoss and the photoshoot in the surrounding area and on our way back to Reykjavik.

This is not the final video but only a few shots from the day, just to give an example and a glimpse to their perfect day.

UNICEF’s Red Nose Day – Comic Relief

On the 9th of June 2017, UNICEF in Iceland had it’s telethon – Red Nose Day where many celebrities came together and did comedy and other content for television. In the telethon UNICEF had stories about children in Bangladesh.

The big story in the TV show was where the audience followed the singer Sigríður Thorlacius who was the narrator. She traveled through Dhaka the capital of Bangladesh and visited UNICEF’s projects all over the city.

There was also other items in the broadcast, songs and more. Here below are some examples of the items we did for the Red Nose Day.

Arianna and Angela – Wedding

We just finished editing the video for Arianna and Angela. After a beautiful day at Kvernufoss we had so many shots to use.

And the song they picked was just perfect for the video.

Here is the feedback we got from them after we delivered the video:

Thank you so much – the video is absolutely beautiful! we could not have asked for anything better. We have watched it twice already and cried both times. Just stunning.

Thank you once again for all your work – we can’t wait to show it to everyone!

All our best,

Arianna and Angela
